I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 16 years, trained with world-leading experts, been featured in The Telegraph and Coach Magazine, and if that doesn’t impress you—I’m also a retired bodybuilder with a questionable collection of 80s T-shirts.

As you can probably guess, I don’t take myself too seriously… but when it comes to your training and nutrition, I do. My coaching is built on science, not fads, with an evidence-based system designed for busy men and women aged 30+ who want to drop fat, build muscle, and finally take control of their fitness—without wasting time.
